I have had a look into your account and can see the operator you spoke to found there was a issue with the catalogue number of the dress you ordered. We are sorry to hear you were sent the wrong goods to the one you originally wanted. I can see you were give 10% discount off the price of the goods which was refunded back to you. If you would like the call charges made refunding we can do this for you. If you could please send in a copy of your phone bill or email as copy to enquiries@chums.co.uk we will be happy to refund your call charges for you. We would advise you to return the incorrect bra and we will be able to exchange this for the correct size for you as a priority.
