We are very disappointed to hear the goods you purchased were no good for you. We try to cater for many sizes, as our sizings do come up quite generous. However, I am happy to read the service you received from us was good. I am sorry to hear you placed an order with us but never received the goods. I can see your order went through to being picked in our warehouse, which was when we were aware of there being no stock. I do apologise about this, our website will advise if we do not have stock in goods before customers place an order. Your order seems to have gone through when we thought there was more stock than in the warehouse. I apologise again about this as this is not our usual standard of service. I hope this does stop you ordering with us in the future.
