Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Sorry to learn that you were unhappy with the service you have received from us. I can see from the notes on the account you have dealt with a few operators over this query who have dealt with this for you. I can see the error was made by the courier driver who delivered the parcel to the incorrect address near you by accident. They are aware of their error and they were going to collect the parcel and bring it to you but I see another operator had already cancelled and refunded the order as you requested upon the none delivery. We do apologize we could not get this order to you. The courier are now aware of the mistake with the addresses. If you do choose to order with in the future we can assure you this same error will not be made.

You have not read my first email in which I clearly advised you of my opinion as to the address the order had been delivered to. Had you bothered to convey this information to your courier the parcel could have been collected and delivered to me the next day. I gave you fair warning that I was going on holiday and that the matter was urgent. You can hardly blame me for dealing with more than one member of your staff. The system is yours not mine and is, I believe, a fundamental weakness of your organisation. Sorry but I will not change my rating. In fact your message reinforces my opinion of your organisational shortcomings.
