How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Fantastic sales team, mediocre tenancy managers = 3.5/5 overall

Professional sales/negotiator team 5 stars, however, once you sign and they pass you over to tenancy managers/coordinators, the service level goes downhill.
