Hi Susanne, thank you for taking the time to submit a review and we sincerely apologise for the delay in delivery.

After looking at the original order we cannot see what the issue was with the address provided as it is quite common for Hospital Buildings to not require a street number or name. If there is an issue with an address we are usually notified by our courier and have not been in this case. Are you able to provide more detail of the issues you experienced with this address? We can’t seem to find a record of a correspondence regarding this matter. Once we have more information I will be able to pass this feedback on to the relevant department.
