Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. After reviewing this enquiry, it seems that the return could not be approved as two criteria were not met. It was both past the time frame and what is considered a bulk quantity as the request was to return three fans that we do not usually keep on hand in our main warehouse. We apologise for the way the email may have come across and therefore, if there are any products you would need from us on another occasion we will be happy to look at potentially approving a special discount for you.
