Thank you for your feedback, I apologise that your order was not delivered to you as agreed by the courier service, the timescales we advised were the timescales which, as a company, we have agreed with DX deliveries to deliver our orders to you, which has been fed back to the company and this has been confirmed that the timescales we quoted were correct for our deliveries. With regards to your phone calls into us, this was investigated with DX deliveries by our office staff and a member of staff called you and left a message with their outcome and when you could expect delivery, we also notified you of their contact details to enable you to call them should you wish to do so. I apologise that you feel you did not receive the best service, however we gave you as much information as possible and chased this with the courier service to resolve your delivery issues as soon as possible because we would not wish for any customers to feel that they had anything less than 100% good customer service.
