Good item, issues with delivery and refund
Issues with delivery, ended up collecting ourselves, still waiting on a refund due to non delivery, which we were told would happen straight away. Product was good

Carpet arrived on time. Some confusion over the time slot but fantastic carpet. Provided me with thicker underlay but did not let me know this before and it looks like i will need to get another door...

Not yet checked the carpet so can't comment until on that, but quality seems fine . Delivery very good, email to advise the day, text confirmed time on the morning, driver called 45 mins in advance...
