Thank you for your feedback.  We work hard to ensure that all orders are delivered within the 7 working day timeframe, aiming to get the orders out as soon as possible, which is why it is not always possible to give you more than a days notice for your delivery, we advise you of an estimated time slot and the driver also calls when he is approximately 30 minutes away to make receiving the order more convenient.  We have taken on board your comments and do where possible give as much notice as we can for delivery.

Thank you for your feedback Nick, I am glad you are happy with the service.  With regards to the delivery process, we work very hard to ensure that we deliver all orders as quickly as possible, however the logistics of delivering such large items can some times be tricky, plus things such as traffic issues are impossible to predict.  We have taken on board your comments and will continue to look at all our services and make changes where possible to improve these.

Very satisfied
