Hi, I am sorry you are not happy with the transit times, but we clearly state on the quote and booking emails:Transit days and times quoted are approximates only and refers to business days and excludes weekends and public holidays. Transit days and times may vary without notice due to peak periods, acts of nature and backlogs. We do not guarantee delivery times so please do not plan holidays, trips and/or meetings using estimated transit times.
