Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Single rooms are limited in most hotels and sell quickly, we would always recommend booking single rooms as early as possible to avoid disappointment. If ever you can't find a single room, our team would be happy to make contact with the hotel and request to be notified of any cancellations - sometimes an extra room can be sourced this way so it's always worth calling us to check. Hi Gemma I see that you've replied to my concerns and that you've stated to book in advance. If you've read what I've said you'll see that I do book in advance but two holidays were cancelled one in April and one in May. So I try to book something for those months and I couldn't because nothing else suits and I've phoned Caledonian but they can't get me a single room. If I book the two holidays that were cancelled in April and May and book for July it's not possible because of no single rooms available. Hope this makes sense.
