Athough for some plants the tips can be carefully bent to ensure they arrive with our customers in excellent condition it's clear from your comments that some of the plants in your order were not properly packed. If any of the plants cannot be 'saved' or due to the damage caused to them they do not prosper please let us know and we will gladly replace any free of charge. Thank you for your feedback. Our Despatch Team normally cover the bottom of the boxes they use with a plastic liner, especially if the pots are very wet when these are picked from our stock and stand the pots in an insert in which they are secured. We'll review your feedback and the photograph you have provided with both our Depatch Team and Couriers (as it seems their handling of your plants was also an issue) and agree with them the steps we need to take to ensure other customers do not experience similar service problems. The Bare Root plants you have ordered are only available between November and April and can only be planted in those months. We take pre-orders throughout the year as these plants are so popular with our customers. If you review our website you will see this information is detailed including in the order section.If you would prefer us to supply you with either Cell Grown or Pot Plants that are currently available then please call us and we can discuss these options with you. Thank for your feedback. The delivery of your order before the date agreed arose due to an error in our Despatch Team for which we apologise. We receive very few complaints about the packing of orders and always review any feedback with our Despatch Team. As a result I can confirm we have already agreed all orders, where appropriate, must be despatched using a plastic liner and insert to secure the plants. In addition we have spoken to our Couriers (in this instance Parcel Force)as they have also clearly not met our agreed service standards. I'm confident you'll find the laurel plants we supplied are of the highest quality. Should any of the plants fail as a result of being damaged in transit we will gladly replace these.
