Packaging was poor and had not been kept in an upright position hence a bit of a mess in the boxes. With less robust plants this could be a problem.

Thank you for your feedback. In our order confirmation e-mail we include planting instructions that can be downloaded. These guidance notes on planting can also be accessed and printed via our website, please refer to the left hand menu on the home page (How to Plant a Hedge). If we can help in any way please call us. We're confident you'll find the Pink Escallonia will quickly develop - they are from a different batch of plants to the white variety. The white variety at this present time do look stronger but the pink will 'catch up' quickly especially if you apply some 'feed' (we'd recommend Rootgrow or Bone Meal).
