The Bare Root plants you have ordered are only available between November and April. Because these plants are so popular with our customers we take pre-orders throughout the year. If you review our website you will see this information is clearly detailed including in the order section. As you placed your order by telephone there clearly must have been a misunderstanding at that time on when the Bare Root plants would be available for delivery. We may have assumed (and should not have done) that you would have read the information on our website. This said our processes require us to advise all customers who order by telephone on the timescales for delivery. If you do not want to wait for the Bare Root Plants to be avaialable and wish to discuss other options (Cell Grown or Pots) then please contact us.
