Thank you for your feedback that we have discussed with our Despatch Team. We always 'dip' Bare Root plants in water before despatching and place in a plastic bag to help retain the moisture in the roots (that due to the nature of the plants do not have any large quantity of soil on them). It would seem from your feedback that we may have missed 'dipping' your plants in water. We're also constantly striving to improve communication with our customers and will take steps to ensure we notify customers regarding the early delivery of plants.
