Thank you for your feedback. We have inserts to secure pots when these are being despatched in boxes and clearly these were not used. I have therefore reviewed your feedback with our Despatch Team and have requested our Operations Manager to increase the number of quality checks he undertakes. For certain species of plants that have significant horizontal growth, we collect and hold all the stems together taking the height of the majority. Although we're confident the plants will prosper please do let me know if you experience any problems with them and we will gladly provide replacements free of charge.
