Thank you for your feedback. We have inserts for our boxes that should be used when we're despatching plants in pots to secure these. It would seem the inserts were not used by our Desptach Team and I have reviewed your feedback with them and requested our Operations Manager conducts more quality checks on the packed orders before the boxes are sealed and despatched. I'm sure the plants will prosper as i know the quality of them are excellent. The appearance of Bare Root plants often raises concerns but typically 95% plus will survive if they are planted correctly so they do represent excellent value for money. In respect of the packaging I've taken the same action as I've detailed above. Should you experience any failures of the plants please let me know and we'll provide replacements free of charge.
