I have addressed your complaint with the telesales team; when reviewing the process of placing callers on hold, it would appear that your call was an isolated incident, however, a memo has been issued to all call handlers to ensure that when customers are placed on hold, the handler returns to the caller intermittently to ensure they are not feeling neglected. I understand that you received your VAT invoice immediately on request. We are sorry that your shopping experience with Barriers Direct did not meet your expectations.
