Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. It is my understanding that a member or our team did offer to exchange the bollards on receipt of them being returned to our manufacturer for inspection, but it was decided by yourself that you would employ the services of an independent engineer to carry out this work. Unfortunately, Mr Wilson, without inspecting the bollard it is very difficult to comment or offer any feedback without clarifying that the bollards were in fact faulty. I am sorry that we are unable to assist you any further at this time and am disappointed that your experience with Barriers Direct did not meet your expectations. Best wishes Kaye Telesales Team
