Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your comments. I can not apologise enough for the impression that you have of our company. I can assure you that we do attempt to make every effort to keep our customers informed of updates from our manufacturer at all times. Unfortunately, on occasion they do not keep us updated or return our calls in a timely manner allowing for a break down in communication. Following your comments we are revising the 'in stock' notification on our website to ensure that expectations of delivery dates are closely monitored. It has also been addressed with our customer service team that if a call back is advised, then a call back is given. (even if to advise 'no further update at this time') Once again, we do appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to leave us your comments and would like to assure you that we take negative feedbacks very seriously and do all that we can to rectify procedures that we have control over.
