I hope you are well. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, it is much appreciated. Unfortunately your issue was a result of human error. My understanding is that all paperwork was correct, but the wrong item was picked and packed. According to our records the correct item was turned around and delivered within 24 hours of the issue being raised. Once again, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused by this error, but sincerely hope we recovered a little of your disappointment by rectifying this mistake so quickly.
