We have attempted to contact you both by email and phone to discuss your complaint, but unfortunately this was unsuccessful. Therefore should you wish to discuss your feedback in more detail please feel free to call the office. We've had a look at the order that you placed with us recently. We had, unfortunately, not seen on the order that you had asked for notification of the order being delivered, prior to arrival. As the order was placed on-line, this was sent directly to the manufacturer for dispatch. They should have been picked up on the special delivery instructions but unfortunately they didn't. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We hope that everything was okay with your order and apologise for the oversight.
