A bit disappointed when I had to return them that you don't exchange to a bigger size !! As bought with 20 per cent off ,a bit sad you don't honour your discount ,as thought shoes were lovely !!

We do not do exchanges, instead we just ask the customer to return the shoes they do not want for a refund and place a new order. You still receive free delivery and it ensures that the replacement shoes you like are held for you, rather than sending the shoes back and then requesting a new size for example by which time it could of sold out. We would of happily honoured your 20% off and have no record of you contacting us to ask this. If you would like to send us an email we can look into this for you.
