Seen the shoes in Sainsbury's Trafford Centre. Did not have required colour in stock. Told that we could order on line direct from step2. Placed order and shoes arrived 5days latter.

I think you mean Selfridges Trafford, but yes, if you find something you like in one of our concessions but not in stock in the required size then you can always check our website or alternatively call us and we can check the location of a style for you. Shoes arrived promptly and well boxed. Ordered 2 pairs for choice of size so have returned 1 pair and hope refund will be prompt also!!
