We are glad you loved the shoes. As for delivery time, we did look into this for you and the shoes were dispatched the next day for you. We did notice there was a weekend in-between and as we don't deliver on weekends it would of got to you just after. You can always ring us to give you an estimate of delivery time for you, just in case you are in a rush to receive an item.

There must have been some confusion here as we do not charge more online than in-store; all our prices are the same throughout the company. We also are offer free delivery to all UK customers so you would not have been charged for this when you placed your order online. You can even receive 10% off when you spend over a £100 when buying with us online, so if anything, ordering online can sometimes work out cheaper.
