Thank you for giving us your feedback. We do strive to deliver as quick as possible and if the shoes are in our main warehouse then we dispatch these for next day delivery for free. However, from time to time, we may need to call certain shoes in from our external warehouse which can take slightly longer. We can see you ordered on the 10th and your order was despatched for you on the 12th for next day delivery. If, in future, you are in a rush to receive a pair of shoes then please do not hesitate to call so that we can estimate the delivery time for you.
