We are sorry that you are unhappy. We do not offer exchanges as such but ask you to send the shoes back for a refund and re-place the order because we found that it was much more efficient for our customers. Previously, when sending shoes back to our warehouse for an exchange we often found the shoe they required was no longer in stock. By doing it this way the customer can place the order for the shoe they require immediately, or when they receive the refund. We can certainly understand your frustration with your discount and would happily honour this for you if you give us a call with your new order details.
