One day delivery turned into 4 days and I am now on holiday for 2 weeks with my item sitting in my neighbours hallway.

We dispatched your order the same day as you ordered it which was on a friday, unfortunately we do not deliver over weekends this is why it was out for delivery on monday. It didn't state that there were no Saturday deliveries. I can't comment on the item as I haven't actually received it yet!
Very fast and excellent packagin couldn't believe how far they go to protect the product very happy and will deffo be goin back 😁

Got the goods delivered quickly but was sent the wrong item guess this was a warehouse problem still like the ones that got sent so I ended up keeping them but warehouse staff should be more vigilant.

You did inform us about this, to which we asked you send us a photo of the shoes you received in order for us to resolve the problem for you ASAP but we did not hear from you after that. We now know it is because you wished to keep them. Yes, we agree our warehouse should be more vigilant and we take matters like this very seriously and we can assure you this very rarely (if ever) happens.Again, we apologise for the mistake.
