Thank you for your feedback. We do our best to deliver as quick as possible and if the shoes are in our main warehouse then we dispatch these for next day delivery for free. However, from time to time, we may need to call certain shoes in from our external warehouse which can take slightly longer, which is what we had to do with the boots you ordered. If you give us a call prior to ordering we can always give you an estimated time of delivery. We are glad she likes them.

Scheduled delivery date was the 29th august . Shoes were needed for wedding on 31st august. Shoes didnt arrive until the 1st september.

We are very sorry that you did not receive the shoes in time. We have looked into this and you are absolutely correct, they should have been with you on the 29th as we dispatched them for you on the 27th and it takes two days to Ireland. We have spoken with DPD and they cannot give any clear reason as to why this happened, but we will make a further investigation. Please accept our apologises as this never usually happens, but we will be do everything in our power to ensure it doesn't again.
