I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.The collect instore option started a few weeks ago. It is available at the Clapham Junction store. Some of the store staff had problems processing the returns as they were doing it for the first time. If you visited the store after 5PM or during the weekend the store would not have been able to contact the head office to ask for assistance. The stores are getting more familiar with the process and we are also making changes and improving the system as we go along.
