You used PayPal payment. For PayPal orders the delivery address is your PayPal address. You can have more than one PayPal delivery address so that when you log in to your PayPal account to make the payment you can select an alternative address. It is a form of making PayPal payments faster and more secure. I am sincerely sorry for the problems you experienced with the delivery. DPD advises the customers to contact the sender to change the delivery address. All items are inspected before dispatch, it is very surprising and disappointing to read that the item was damaged. We need to ascertain if the parcel was damaged during transit or if the suit was damaged before dispatch. We will contact you shortly. Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback.
