Excellent and reliable Car Rental. Now with "pay later" terms available.

Didn't think the service could be improved but there are now pay later terms whereby full payment does not have to be made with an order.

Price ok but don't like the extra insurance. When I didn't use it last time they contrived to charge me for a scratch that was on car at time of hiring. Their profit comes from insurance.

Dear Mr Fuller, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I note that this feedback relates to the previous Centauro rental. I appreciate that you felt that this was pre-existing damage and not caused by yourself. As the rental agreement did not show this to be pre-existing, it was deemed to be new damage upon return of the vehicle. Sadly it was not possible for it to be determined who caused this damage and when. As you have previously mentioned, it could have been caused by a person unknown. In this instance, Centauro had to apply the charge for new damage in accordance with their terms and conditions. I can see that you were able to reclaim this amount from the insurance. We do of course value all feedback that we receive as this assists us in monitoring the services of the providers going forward.
