Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Good morning, thank you for your feedback, Due to the volume of items placed on your order, it was dispatched out on a pallet. Large orders are usually dispatched this way. I have contacted the Customer Account Management Team at my side and have asked if a note can be added onto your account to advise that orders should not be sent out this way. I have checked the order and can see that it has only come through onto our system once and only one amount should be taken for it.
