Due to the volume of items placed on your order, it was dispatched out on a pallet. Large orders are usually dispatched this way. I have contacted the Customer Account Management Team at my side and have asked if a note can be added onto your account to advise that orders should not be sent out this way.
I have checked the order and can see that it has only come through onto our system once and only one amount should be taken for it.
