Thank you for your feedback so far. Brunnera dies back over winter, so it's normal for it not to be showing top growth just now. But the nursery should have poke tested the pot to ensure a good root system. Do just check that there's white root growth showing when tapping it out of the pot to plant out, but if the roots are brown and mushy that's not right so should be brought to Customer Services' direct attention (cs@yougarden.com). New growth above soil level only appears in spring as the weather warms.
