I'm sorry to hear you've struggled to access your club discounts and voucher discounts for some reason. I confirm that you have an active club membership so as you mention this if calling to order, the team will ensure the order is inputted on your correct Club Account. Online, you need to have Registered to create a Web Account and be logged in when ordering, so that our website recognises you as a member and allocates your discounts and vouchers correctly. We price ourselves in offering great benefits with club membership so if you need further guidance on how to get the most out of membership please do email cs@yougarden.com for my attention telling me the account id number you see on screen when logged in online if it's not linking up correctly. Even if there's a linking issue we can fix it for you if you need to get in touch. Emma.
