Package took longer to get to me in NJ than a similar package takes to get here from the UK and WEBS charges more for shipping.

We always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and transit conditions. According to the tracking information, your order was dispatched from our warehouse on January 26 and delivered on January 30. We’re sorry if this delivery timeframe did not meet your expectations.
With regard to shipping costs, our rates are calculated based on the gross weight of the package. These charges reflect the pricing structure set by the carrier and may therefore differ from those of other retailers.

Slow mailing and lack of inventory has really changed what used to be a great yarn store. Cannot recommend this company to anyone.

We understand how disappointing slower delivery times and limited stock availability can be. While we make every effort to replenish our products regularly, manufacturing and shipping delays can occasionally impact stock levels. We are continually working to improve inventory availability, and we are currently expecting additional deliveries for the items that are out of stock.
Regarding delivery times, once a parcel has been dispatched, the shipping speed is managed by the courier and is unfortunately outside of our control. However, we do offer expedited shipping options at checkout should you require your order to arrive more quickly.
