We couldn't understand how this connector would be missing, we communicated with our warehouse and all trees had the connectors you mentioned. I understand you have decided to keep the tree, however as discussed in our email correspondence, you were certainly welcome to have returned the tree to us within 28 days of delivery, and should we have found a fault, we would of happily covered the cost of returning it to us.
