The actual call centre were really helpful but my order wasn't dispatched when it should be and the stamps I needed were late and as of yet I'm still waiting to receive them! Not very good when you...
I would rate the service "good" because the goods were delivered quickly however, as regards the packaging I would rate it "poor".
