Looking at your order, I can see you ordered your items on Saturday 9th November. As we do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays, your order was processed on Monday the 11th as that was the next working day. Your goods were then dispatched for delivery on Tuesday 12th via Parcelforce.
I hope this explains the delay in receiving your order. May I recommend ordering prior to 17:00 on any working day to ensure Next Working Day Delivery going forward.
