Thanks for your comments. As discussed in our email conversation, please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your labels. This was due to a failed delivery.
When deliveries fail, our courier return your order to ourselves and our warehouse team return the items to stock and your order is refunded. I can see your refund was processed by ourselves on 28.11.2013
I am going to forward on your comments to our courier and our warehouse team to look into potential improvements to process which will prevent instances like this happening going forward and to be informed more proactively.
