Took a week to get to me. Amazon delivery beats the Post Office by 6 days! Isn't that what the Post Office *do*?

Upon investigation, I can see that your goods were dispatched for delivery by Royal Mail which can take up to five working days to be received.
Please be aware that the Post Office Shop and Royal Mail are separate entities and your delivery is is the hands of Royal Mail once it has left our dispatch centre.

Thankyou for your comments. Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your stamps.
Unfortunately, the delay in receiving your stamps was caused by Royal Mail themselves exhausting their stock.
Here at The Post Office Shop, we work closely with Royal Mail to ensure these occurrences are kept to a minimum and in light of this we did work with Royal Mail to ensure that delivery of stock to ourselves was prioritised over other vendors due to our close relationship with them.
We are currently working with them to create a method which prevents instances like this happening going forward.
With regards to your invoices, I will request that a copy of all invoices relating to your order are sent to you immediately.
