Initial response was excellent but it slowed some after that . Maybe the seller or the resort slowed down the process. We are still waiting for the owner certification to arrive.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to the feedback request which unfortunately was sent to you a tad early! We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention...essentially as per our letter on the 1st of July the transfer of ownership had been completed and the trustee had advised the certificates would be with you shortly.
I am however pleased to confirm that we have phoned the trustees and they have advised us that they will be posting your certificate of ownership to us today. Of course, as soon as we receive this, we will forward it immediately to you.
Other than the wait for the certificate from the third party, I am happy to seethat we completed the transfer ownership for your purchase in a speedy manner and that the process took just over a month (well within our guide time of 90 days).
We trust that you will have many happy years of use from your weeks at The Royal Savoy Resort and if we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
