Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I wouldn't really say 'poor', but 'adequate' but you haven't such a choice. According to tracking, Hermes attempted delivery on a day when we were at home. When delivery was made a couple of days...

Our delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days but we do offer a next working day service if you would like to receive items more quickly in future. We are in contact with our Courier regarding the issues concerned. We pride ourselves on offering an excellent customer service and it is disappointing when we are let down by the courier.

Surprisingly good

A first purchase from Wool Overs for me. There was a bit of a muddle online with the "10% off first order" offer but it was resolved on the phone. I may well buy something else in the future.
