I have checked your order and have contacted the courier, I am pleased to report that your order will be with you shortly. Our delivery timeframe is 3-4 working days but we do offer a next working day service if you would like to receive items more quickly in future.

I'm disappointed to hear that we have sent you an incorrect garment and apologise for this. We have arranged for a free returns bag and a replacement garment to be sent immediately.
I find woolovers very efficient with orders but it's a shame the return postage puts me off.

Sorry to hear the return postage costs have caused you some concern. We have listened to our customers and we do now offer a pre-paid returns label which is available to purchase when you place your order either on-line or via mail order.
