Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding the non delivery of part of your order.  I have contacted you directly and arranged for the replacements to be sent.  We are in contact with our Courier regarding the issues concerned.  We pride ourselves on offering an excellent customer service and it is disappointing when we are let down by the courier.
