Poor Size guidelines
All purchases were returned , after following Woolovers guidelines to order a size smaller. The purchases were still to large.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear your garment did not fit. We do advise customers to order a size down with our Unisex range, but we also advise our customers to check the specific sizing charts for the specific garments - found just below any garment viewed online. We are currently in the process of phasing out our Unisex sizing and introducing Men's a Women's sizing only. If you do have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

terrific product, terrific price, amazing customer service.
unbelievably excellent. arrived a day before I thought it would: a return for a smaller size processed incredibly quickly. Among the best service I've had, anywhere, in the past 20 years.
