SLOW DELIVERY

Slow delivery really needed wipers by Friday as stated in delivery time couldn't drive all weekend ARRIVED Monday MORNING.

Hi,

We’d like to apologise for the delay of your shipment and the inconvenience we caused you.

For your reference, we received your order on a Thursday, it was immediately processed in our warehouse and was with Australia post by the end of day.

As we use Aus Post Express post, your order should have been delivered the next business day on the Friday.

Unfortunately for reasons not

disclosed to us by Australia Post this was not done.

Your shipment was then held by Australia Post over the weekend before it was successfully delivered on Monday morning.

Thank-you for your feedback, we’ve certainly taken it on board and it is one of the reasons we are currently looking at alternative shipping providers.
