Hope you're well.

We're very sorry to hear you've had a really negative experience.

We'd like to apologise for the out of date video we currently have listed, we realise this needs to be amended and we're currently working to update the website.

We actually reached out to you Monday a few hours after you contacted us, not sure if you received this email.

In the email we apologised for the confusion and explained that the video on the website was a little outdated and we sent you an updated video.

We also said we were more than happy to offer a replacement or full refund if you were still having issues.

The video you sent me was exactly the same video on your website. It is also on YouTube. Absolutely useless. It's one thing to offer a refund but are you going to offer the postage to send tham back to you too? If not, I am out of pocket through no fault of my own for a piece of junk that I can't use. I work full time and don't have the chance to get to a post office either. If these truly are meant for my vehicle model, you need to provide accurate instructions on how to install them. Otherwise, a disclaimer should be included, stating that a trained technician is required. That would assist in the decision of whether it is worthwhile for me to purchase them. It would allow an informed decision to be made. If you have updated your instructional video, why not post it to your website BEFORE a sale is made and not after?

Just waiting for it to rain now !!!! I have tried the wipers on a wet windscreen and it was so clear after use. No streaks like my last 'new' wipers. I will definitely use Wipertech again when needed.
