all was good on the outleg the card machine wasn't working but they trusted me to come back and pay when it was. All round a good trip both ways

I use this ferry once a month . The staff are helpfull and friendly the boat is clean and warm . Can recommend the toast breakfast deal .

Great Service no issues.
Ease of booking and boarding. No problem should you turn up early for your booked service and there is room. Booking in staff at port very friendly. Highly Recommend this route.

All staff helpful andkind
I missed my ferry due to floods and blocked roads. I arrived at limmington and the man on checking in was so lovely and kind and sympathetic and reassuring and put me on next boat.
